This is a hybrid IEM, designed to be used with floor wedges or acoustic sound. It’s a combination of the SA-12 and embedded Elacin Clearsound RC17 acoustic filters that attenuate surrounding sound to a more comfortable level, basically protected ambient vents.

For the M-Fidelity SA-12 Akustik you will need to have ear impressions, these will need to be made by an audiologist and are not included in the price.
